Chattanooga police are looking for a man wanted on three counts of raping a juvenile.
The first two incidents occurred in February 2009 and the last in June of 2009. After investigators completed their investigation, warrants for rape were taken out on Mario Audelio Escobar.
Officers have made many attempts to locate Escobar at his residence and his workplace, but he has not shown up at either since the warrants were obtained.
Escobar is Hispanic, 5 feet, 4 inches tall and 185 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address was 3616 Fifth Ave., Chattanooga.
He was seen in the East Lake area of Chattanooga and also in Rossville several weeks ago. Escobar was recently added to the Hamilton County Top 12 Most Wanted List.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 698-3333. A confidential call could earn a cash reward of up to $1,000.
