Chattanooga Police are seeking help from the public to find three men suspected of robbing nine local businesses.
“We think they are all the same people,” said Lt. Kim Noorbergen, spokeswoman for the Chattanooga Police Department. “In all of these robberies they were wearing the same type clothing, and it’s so unusual.”
The men are suspected of having robbed several convenience stores and at least two motels between Jan. 12 and 17, Lt. Noorbergen said in a news release.
Police say the suspects are three black males. Two were described as about 6 feet tall, wearing Carhartt-style coveralls, gloves and ski masks or bandannas covering their faces. The third was seen in a black jacket with a Du Pont patch on the sleeve and dark pants.
Police are considering the suspects armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Chattanooga Police Department at 698-2525.
