Pikeville, Tennessee, has really decked the halls this year – well, decked the downtown, to be more specific.
The city provided funds to local businesses to really go all out on holiday lights and decorations, in hopes to bring in some visitors.
The idea came from business owner Lola Sells, and Mayor Philip Cagle said she succeeded in transforming the town into a scene straight out of a classic Christmas movie.
