Good morning, Chattanooga!

That’s how many successful businesses have gone through the Hamilton County Business Development Center’s INCubator program in the last 33 years.
According to the U.S. Small Business Administration, half of all U.S. startup businesses fail within their first five years. But the INCubator, in North Shore, has a 94% success and survival rate.
“The incubator provides not only lower building and utility costs when businesses are getting started, it also brings together a diverse mix of entrepreneurs who learn from one another about building their businesses,” said Bill Lupia, the program’s director.
