GINA DHANANI, 37
MBA holder (I worked hard for this one as a single mother to three children and working a full-time, high responsibility job at the time); mum to four kids ranging in age from 4-18 (I know, but it’s my favorite role. They keep me on my toes, teach me the lingo and keep me entertained, that’s for sure. They also give me good practice at being “scary.” Their friends are terrified of me. Mission accomplished.); wife and best friend (We’re complete opposites, but it’s great because we balance each other. We also work together on opposite sides of our office. I get the good street view. He gets to look at a fountain. He clearly puts me first.); vice president of operations for The Double Cola Company, where I oversee the daily operations for the domestic side of our business; board chair for Girls Inc. of Chattanooga (I’ve been in this role for almost three years now. I love the work the organization does, I love the friends I’ve made, and I like that I can help make a difference in the lives of girls in Chattanooga.); committee member (I’m on so many committees, lol. From Girls Inc. to Siskin Children’s Institute to CWLI to Habitat for Humanity, to I could go on and on.); volunteer (We all have a responsibility to help others for the greater good. I’m fortunate to be in a position to be able to offer my time, talent and treasures to so many great organizations around town.)
