FALL RIVER, Mass. (AP) – Testimony has resumed in the murder trial of former New England Patriots star Aaron Hernandez after a brief pause for a juror’s note to the judge.

Bristol County Superior Court Judge Susan Garsh began Thursday’s session by calling the lawyers to the front of the courtroom to discuss the note.

The juror was brought in and individually questioned by the judge, then left the courtroom. Afterward, the panel entered the courtroom along with the questioned juror, and testimony resumed.

Hernandez is accused of the 2013 killing of Odin Lloyd, a semipro football player who was dating the sister of Hernandez’s fiancee.

On Thursday, North Attleborough Police Capt. Joseph DiRenzo was testifying about evidence found at the crime scene.

Lloyd’s mother, Ursula Ward, testified Wednesday, as did his girlfriend.
