Abraham Lincoln impersonator Homer Sewell of Pickens County, Ga., will visit Barnes & Noble, 2100 Hamilton Place Blvd., on Saturday, Jan. 23.
Sewell’s portrayal has taken him to appearances across the country since 1975, when he grew a beard and kids began calling him “Abe” because of his resemblance to the 16th president.
His motivational message focuses on never giving up and taking pride in America.
The free program begins at 1 p.m.
