An investigation into Monday night’s shooting in Bradley County that left one person injured is continuing.
The victim, identified as 31-year-old Joshua Nation, has been treated and released from a local hospital, according to a news release from the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office.
The suspect, 42-year-old Ronnie Carter, was questioned by deputies and released.
After consulting with the District Attorney’s office, the case will be presented to a grand jury pending the completion of an ongoing investigation, the release states.
No charges are being pressed at this time.
