Christmas Nights of Lights
* What it is: This drive-through lights and music extravaganza in East Ridge is normally open rain or shine, but “rain” doesn’t mean “flood,” which low-lying Camp Jordan did during the Christmas Day deluge, making the route impassable. At press time (earlier than usual due to holiday schedules), we’re crossing our fingers that the route dries out in time for the final weekend of the attraction, which is normally open 6 to 10 nightly. Updates about conditions will be posted on the Christmas Nights of Lights Facebook page.
* Last day: Saturday, Jan. 2.
* Admission: $6 per person for vehicles with one to four passengers, $25 per vehicle for vehicles with five to nine passengers; free for children 3 and younger.

Mountain dulcimer player Butch Ross will perform in the North Pole Lodge (Pavilion) from 6:30 to 9 nightly.

EPB Christmas windows
* What it is: Each holiday season, employee elves decorate the marquee windows in the EPB headquarters at 10 W. M.L. The Broad Street windows feature “A Charlie Brown Christmas” vignettes.
* Last day: Saturday, Jan. 2.
* Admission: No charge.
