Garbage noted around refuse area and refuse containers not properly closed/secured to reduce insects/odors.

Build up on handles to faucets, door handles, case single serve stored on floor. Standing water in void missing floor tile. Trash accumulated outside around dumpster. Buildup through out kitchen, floors, walls, storage areas. Vents soiled, tag on fire supression system expired, pull device hanging loose from wall.
