We begin by gathering around a steaming pot of soup, or shall we say a hope of soup? Thanks to Sheryll McGill of Chickamauga who asked, “Could you please print recipes for broccoli cheddar and butternut squash soups?” And I love her caveat, “Reasonably easy for winter.”
We do indeed want winter to be reasonably easy, on the stovetop and elsewhere. And here is a second request from “Loves To Cook,” who’s looking for a recipe for “sweet potato muffins with raisins, much like pumpkin muffins. I heard someone talk about them recently and have been hungry for them ever since.”
