The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga football program is expected to sign 22 players for head coach Tom Arth’s first signing class. There isn’t expected to be much drama surrounding the group, aside from Tim Frizzell, a 6-foot-2, 225-pound linebacker from Hardin Valley Academy in Knoxville. Frizzell committed to the Mocs on Friday, but received a late-offer from Appalachian State on Tuesday and was undecided.
