The Sunbelt Bakery Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga, presented by McKee Foods, takes place Sunday, May 21.

The triathlon begins with a point-to-point swim in the Tennessee River.

The bike course offers spectacular views of Lookout Mountain as riders head out 11 miles south of town for a 34-mile loop in Georgia before the day ends with a two-loop run through downtown Chattanooga to the finish line at Ross’s Landing.

A shuttle bus is available from 4:30 to 6:45 a.m. to take spectators from transition at Ross’s Landing to the swim start across the river.

Spectators may walk back on the Walnut Street Bridge or wait for a shuttle that will begin running from the swim start at 7:30 a.m.
