Dylan Matthew Winton A $1,000 reward is offered for information leading to the whereabouts of a Tracy City, Tenn., man who hasn’t been seen since March 16.
Grundy County Sheriff Clint Shrum said in an emailed statement that 35-year-old Dylan Matthew Winton was reported missing by a family member.
Winton is financially dependent on his family and suffers from mental health issues, possibly including schizophrenia, Shrum said. Winton is not known to be violent.
Winton is described as white, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. It is not known what he was wearing when he disappeared.
