CHICKAMAUGA — A 6-year-old girl and infant girl died this morning in a fire that engulfed a trailer in the Pond Springs Community.
The fire started in south Chickamauga around 5:50 am.
Sheriff Steve Wilson said the parents believe the fire started after the mother lit a candle.
It’s unclear how the candle transitioned into a fire that overwhelmed the entire double wide trailer.
