City inspectors may enter and inspect Patten Towers as early as Thursday to clear the building for occupation.

Jeff Cannon, deputy chief of staff for Mayor Andy Berke, said at a social services meeting today at Red Cross headquarters electricity will temporarily restored this week for officials to enter.
