The lead is narrow for a challenger attempting to unseat Red Bank Mayor Joe Glasscock.
In the at-large race, John Roberts is beating Mayor Joe Glasscock by 10 votes – 1,321 to 1,311 – with 93 percent of precincts reporting.
Two-term incumbent Floy Pierce has an edge over her two opponents, Robert Perry and David Smith. She has 1,064 votes while Smith has 943 and Perry has 519 with 93 percent of precincts reporting.
District 3 Commissioner Greg Jones has a lead over Edward LeCompte, 1,320 to 1,090, with 93 percent of precincts reporting.
Unlike Chattanooga and most other cities in Hamilton County, Red Bank residents do not elect the mayor or vice mayor. Glasscock was elected as an at-large commissioner and the other commission members voted to make him mayor. Monty Millard is vice mayor.
A mayor will be chosen on Nov. 16 at the first meeting of the new Board of Commissioners.
