LOOKOUTS 7, BISCUITS 6
Sunday’s recap: Chattanooga used a five-run fourth inning to propel the team with the Southern League’s worst second-half record to a series-clinching win over the team with the league’s best second-half and overall records with a game to spare. Stuart Fairchild got the Lookouts going in the fourth with a home run to left-center field, and an RBI single to left by Tyler Stephenson made it 2-0. Jonathan India scored on a wild pitch, and a Michael Beltre groundout RBI continued Chattanooga’s outburst before Alberti Chavez capped it with an RBI double to left. The Lookouts built a 7-1 lead before giving up five runs in the bottom of the ninth.
