Diane T. Wear named TVA controller
TVA announced Friday that Diane T. Wear has been promoted to vice president and controller.
Wear, 43, will be the Tennessee Valley Authority’s principal accounting officer and be paid a base salary of $250,000, plus executive and other employee bonuses and vehicle allowances.
She had been TVA’s assistant controller of financial reporting and accounting services since June 2011 and has previously worked in a variety of accounting jobs at TVA and CPA firms.
