A person carjacked a vehicle late Friday evening and then struck a Chattanooga police officer’s patrol car while fleeing on the 4900 block of Virginia Avenue.
Chattanooga police spokesman Rob Simmons said no one was hurt during the incident.
The vehicle was located on Saturday, and today, two juveniles were arrested for the carjacking.
