Good morning, Chattanooga!
When I was a senior in high school, I spent my days and long nights juggling dual enrollment classes, orchestra concerts and helping run my school’s newsmagazine.
High schoolers do a lot nowadays.
And it seems like senior Cleveland High School student Ryan is having quite the busy year. He’s splitting his time between being student body president, serving as a sports radio talent and being a star runner for his school.
Finding balance can be difficult, but he’s had some help along the way to make the most of the experiences.
“My coaches have been gracious to let me miss practice if I have a meeting with administrators or I am doing something for the radio station to where I can do my run later that night,” Lovelace said. “I have had to learn to manage my free time. Some days are crazy and stressful, but I am having a lot of fun this year and can’t wait to see what’s ahead.”
Now for some recent stories:
FALLING DOWN: Unemployment in the Chattanooga area has hit record lows.
UP, UP, AND AWAY: Ever wanted to learn how to fly? A flight school has opened at the Collegedale Airport.
100 YEARS AND COUNTING: The city of East Ridge celebrated its 100 year anniversary this weekend. Check out the photos from the event here.
