Justin King became the second former Tennessee Vol to transfer to Chattanooga, signing scholarship papers Saturday to become a member of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga football team.
King, a former three-star prospect out of Dunwoody, Ga., played fullback, wildcat quarterback and most recently, linebacker for the Vols. He registered a pair of tackles during the 2014 season. He joins receiver Drae Bowles, who transferred to UTC from Tennessee in January.
He will graduate from the Knoxville school in May with a degree in sociology, and will take graduate courses at UTC. He will have two seasons for the Mocs, and projects to play defensive end.
The Mocs wrapped up their second day of spring practice Saturday. They will be in full pads on Monday.
