The Chattanooga Lookouts will be back at home next week for a five-game series against the Birmingham Barons. Game time is 6:15 p.m. Monday, July 4 (with fireworks following); 7:15 p.m. Tuesday, July 5; 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, July 6 (with an $11 admission and lunch combo); 7:15 p.m. Thursday, July 7 (with a salute to country music and Thirsty Thursday drink specials); and 7:15 p.m. Friday, July 8 (with a chance to win a vacation and fireworks following). General-admission seats are $6 for adults, $4 for seniors 55+ and children 3-12 (free for lap sitters 5 and younger). Box seats are $7 and $9. Tickets are $1 more when purchased on game day. ADVENTURE CANOE SERIES – Outdoor Chattanooga, 200 River St. Canoe trips on sections of South Chickamauga Creek, 9 a.m.-noon Saturdays. $20 adults, $10 children ages 8-12, includes equipment and shuttle to and from launch point. Children must be accompanied by two adults in a canoe. Children ages 13 and up must be able to assist with carrying and navigating canoe. Registration required: 423-643-6888.
