The catwalk will light up Saturday, April 9, for the Shine! Fashion Show at the Venue on Market, 138 Market St.
A VIP hour that includes a chance to meet the designers starts at 5 p.m., then doors will open at 6 p.m. for the runway show, hors d’oeuvres, silent auction and vendor market.
Among the designer brands is Zintrise Altovise, which offers ready-to-wear and haute couture, above, and Victoria Wilmoth, who had a gown selected by former Vogue editor-at-large André Leon Talley for a worldwide “Little Black Dress” exhibit.
Chattanooga boutique Ruby’s Warehouse also will supply fashions. Tickets are $50 to $100.
Proceeds go to the nonprofit Love Without Reason Foundation, which provides cost-free surgeries to children in developing countries born with craniofacial deformities.
