Fans of anime, cosplay and gaming will find that and more in The Chattanoogan hotel when JAMPcon opens Friday, April 21.
The three-day convention will include video game tournaments, panel discussions, how-to costuming tips, Yugioh episode streams and much more before concluding Sunday, April 23.
Organizers have planned topics for panel discussions that range from bullying within the cosplay community to digital art. Speakers’ topics include why reboots happen, history of Marvel and DC comics, how to assemble and sustain a con squad and “Resident Evil: From Viruses to Molded” with Neon Sparrow Cosplay.
There will be an autograph session ($10 apiece) with guests Eric Stuart and Dan Green (Yugi and Kaiba), followed by a question-and-answer session with them. Cosplay contests, gaming tournaments, improv fun and a sing-along with Night Sabers are all on tap.
