A convicted killer in California wants to be a woman instead of a man, so he has sued to force the cash-strapped state to pay for the surgery – at a cost of up to $50,000!
Prisoners should be treated humanely and should be provided food, shelter and necessary medical care.
But most Californians and most Americans in general probably don’t think that should include “sex reassignment surgery.” And they’re right.
