The victim, Deountay Brown, died from a gunshot wound to his head, according to a law enforcement affidavit sworn out to secure the arrests. Brown was taken Friday to Erlanger hospital downtown and pronounced dead, court filings state.
Davis, 19, and Menifee, 20, were booked at Silverdale Detention Center on Saturday. Lowe, 34, was booked the following day, jail records show.

Police responding to reports of a shooting around 5 p.m. Friday found blood pooled in the living room of the home where Brown was reportedly shot, the affidavit said. Shell casings were found outside the home, on Dodson Avenue near Allin Street, according to the affidavit.
In statements to police, the three suspects said they drove to the home in a maroon sedan. Davis then went into the home, wearing a ski mask, for five to six minutes then came out and got back in the car, according to the affidavit.

After that, multiple shots were fired at the home from the car, court filings say, killing Brown. A witness reportedly told police that shots were fired as the car drove east on Allin Street and turned south on Dodson Avenue, court filings say.
Police said video and physical evidence also supported what the suspects said, according to the affidavit.
Surveillance footage described in the affidavit appeared to show the car driving around the home before the shooting, then fleeing at a high speed after it, the affidavit said.

Before pulling over the suspects the next day, officers matched the maroon car with the car being driven by Davis during a reported aggravated assault two days earlier, according to court documents.
Davis and a woman driving the maroon car reportedly followed a woman leaving Orchard Knob Elementary School on Wednesday, an affidavit states. At a red light, the report says, Davis leaned out of the rear passenger window and pointed a handgun in the woman’s direction before the car fled.
Davis now faces an aggravated assault charge for that incident, in addition to the murder charge.
All three suspects are being held at Silverdale Detention Center on $500,000 bonds, jail records show. They are set to appear in court April 25.
