Holding hands or perched on shoulders, individuals with Down syndrome walked alongside their buddies, wearing matching blue shirts with a cheerful, yellow sunshine design. Organized by the Down Syndrome Community of Greater Chattanooga, the 2024 Buddy Walk started at First Horizon Pavilion and drew hundreds of participants. Last year, they raised over $45k, funding programs, grants and scholarships that brighten the lives of individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
