Boy in critical condition after shot in the head in Chattanooga

A boy is in critical condition after he was shot in the back of the head in Chattanooga this morning.

Police were dispatched to the shooting at 1206 Sheridan Ave. shortly before 6:30 a.m., according to a news release.

There is no suspect information at this time.
