Thanks to Samuel Matthews at Department of Transportation
I would like to offer a great big thank you to Samuel Matthews, who works for the state Department of Transportation.
I was trying to change a tire on my vehicle, and he stopped and changed it for me with his good jack. He was friendly and courteous.
I tried to tip him but he replied, “I cannot take tips.”
Thanks so much for Mr. Matthews and others who work for the transportation department and help people stranded on the roadside.
