• History: Amber Brook Gardens development was started by another developer and has changed hands twice. Pratt Home Builders bought the unfinished development about a year ago and is currently building out the 45-home second phase.
• Scope: All homes have a two-car garage, Hardiplank siding, a 30-year dimensional roof and covered porch. Inside are granite countertops and hardwood floors. Landscaping is done at move-in. Extended 2- and 10-year warranties and lending assistance are available.
• Future: Phase II homes are being built now, and 50 additional Phase III homes are to come.
