ObamaCare’s unpopularity grows

Opinion polls should not be the main basis on which our elected officials in Washington govern. But it is interesting to note the astounding — and growing — unpopularity of ObamaCare socialized medicine, even before its higher taxes and other harmful provisions kick in.

The latest survey by Rasmussen Reports finds that 58 percent of likely voters want Congress to repeal ObamaCare. Opposition to ObamaCare was up by 4 percentage points from just the preceding two weeks. And only 38 percent — not even two-fifths — of those surveyed want the law to remain in effect.

Congress may or may not eventually repeal ObamaCare, depending on the 2010 and 2012 election results. But most Americans obviously don’t like it.
