KENNESAW, Ga. – Cobb County police have arrested a 60-year-old man for public indecency and child molestation.
WSB-TV reports that police arrested Gary Wayne Garvin of Powder Springs. Witnesses told police Garvin was sitting in the children’s book section of a Barnes and Noble bookstore in Kennesaw fondling himself in the presence of young girls.
Police say the incident happened April 6.
Garvin has been released from the Cobb County Adult Detention Center on $40,000 bond.
