What: Bluewater Grille’s new menu is making a splash with diners, including the south-of-the-border flair of the new lobster and shrimp tacos. Sautéed lobster and shrimp are nestled in a crisp blue corn tortilla, then enveloped in a soft flour tortilla topped with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo and a made-from-scratch citrus sauce. “We have always found our guests to be adventurous and very responsive to creative culinary innovations,” said executive chef Bill Heckler. “The lobster and shrimp tacos are a take on traditional street food but are lifted into the fine-dining arena with a fresh twist.”
