Chattanooga police say a person who was shot in the shoulder tonight is being treated for nonlife-threatening injuries.
Police responded about 9:30 p.m. to East 37th Street, said Jerri Weary, a Chattanooga police spokeswoman.
Further information about the shooting was unavailable late Sunday, mostly because the victim is being uncooperative with police, Weary said.
“He’s not cooperating and they don’t know where it happened or what the circumstances of the shooting were,” she said.
Police didn’t have any suspects or witnesses late Sunday, Weary said.
