• Location: The complex is near the corner of East Brainerd and Gunbarrel roads, up Panorama Drive.
• Status: 117 of 315 apartment units have been completed, with workers completing about one building per month until the development’s scheduled completion on May 27, 2011.
• Price: A variety of apartment types is available, ranging from 749 to 1,350 square feet, at $800 to $1,400 per month. However, prices are calculated daily by a computer based on a variety of factors, including scarcity of certain apartment types and the health of the overall market, and are therefore subject to change.
• Features: Granite and wood surfaces are used inside, along with nickel-plated fixtures and energy-efficient windows and doors. Upscale blinds, tubs and appliances are standard, and a variety of color choices are available upon request. Exteriors in this gated community are made of durable siding with stacked stone accents.
• Amenities: All buildings are wired for AT&T U-Verse service and DirectTV, and residents are free to use the 24-hour fitness center, business center, onside tanning and car washing services whenever desired. A pool, fenced-in dog park, playground and fire pit foster a community atmosphere. A coffee bar and media room may be used at any time.
