The National Cornbread Festival has been named a top 20 event in the Southeast for April by the Southeast Tourism Society. The festival will be held April 24-25.
Other events selected in April include the Kentucky Derby in Louisville, Ky., and the French Quarter Festival in New Orleans.
The Cornbread Festival is highlighted by the famed Cornbread Cook-off and 4-H Cook-off and also includes arts and crafts, music, cooking demos and much more.
