Cloudland Canyon State Park in Dade County, Ga., will be closed today due to dangerous road conditions.
Park manager Bobby Wilson said the staff decided to close early this morning.
“The roads are hazardous, and we have steep hills on the roads,” he said. “It is a canyon.”
Mr. Wilson said the staff was working with overnight cottage guests to get them out, but he hoped the park could reopen Tuesday.
