The 2010 East Ridge State of the City address will take place tonight at City Hall, located at 1517 Tombras Ave. There will be a reception in the lobby of the City Hall beginning at 5:30 p.m. Mayor Mike Steele will give the address at 6 p.m. in the City Council chambers.
