Two found stabbed on Rossville Boulevard

Chattanooga police responded to La Macarena at 2825 Rossville Blvd. early Saturday on reports of a stabbing, according to spokeswoman Lt. Kim Noorbergen.

Police found two Hispanic males at the site suffering from stab wounds about 3 a.m., Lt. Noorbergen said.

Oscar Estrada suffered a severe cut to his abdomen and was transported to Erlanger where he was taken into surgery, Lt. Noorbergen said. Jose Neave sustained several superficial wounds to his torso, she said.

Police talked with several witnesses who stated another Hispanic male had stabbed both victims and fled in a White Chevrolet, Lt. Noorbergen said. Police have apprehended the suspect, however his name was not released, she said.

Late Saturday, Mr. Estrada was still listed in critical condition, Lt. Noorbergen said.
