The threat of bad weather on Friday has forced cancellation of the storytelling event that was to be held at Black Fox Elementary on Friday, officials said.
The event featuring Virginia-based storyteller Kim Weitkamp has been rescheduled for Feb. 23.
As planned, Ms. Weitkamp will be recording a children’s CD during the school day, and will have a storytelling concert and CD recording that evening for the general public beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 23
Admission will be $1 plus a non-perishable food item for The Caring Place.
