The City of Chattanooga 311 Call Center is your “One Call to City Hall” for all non-emergency city services. If you need to report a pothole, a dilapidated house in your neighborhood, have brush picked up, find out how much a traffic ticket will cost or just ask a question, all you have to do is dial 311 or 425-6311. The call center takes complaints and questions from citizens and directs them to other city departments and divisions so that your voice is heard. 311 representatives are available from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can also report problems online using the online service request at www.chattanooga.gov. Just click on the 311 logo and select the request you need.
