MARION COUNTY, TN (WRCB) A Marion County man has been sentenced for providing alcohol to a minor, that minor died of alcohol poisoning.
Gary Dickens was sentenced to serve 120 days in jail, then he’ll be on probation for about a year.
It all stems from a party back in November 2007.
Investigators say 18-year-old Hershey Privett passed out.
Then Dickens and two others shaved Privett’s head, eyebrows and genital area, and spray-painted his body green.
