An e-mail from Mayor Ron Littlefield to a City Court judge has taken the case between McKamey Center and the Pet Company back to “ground zero,” according to McKamey Director Karen Walsh. On Monday, Judge Sherry Paty ordered a mistrial and recused herself from the case because of the mayor’s e-mail, saying it damaged the integrity of her ruling.
