MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Three teenagers have been charged with raping a fellow high school student in Memphis.
Eighteen-year-olds DeMarious Moore and Brian Bland and a 16-year-old are facing charges of aggravated rape.
The incident began around 11 a.m. Tuesday when the 17-year-old victim willingly left East High School with the three teens.
They took her to an abandoned house where police say the victim had consensual sex with Moore.
But during sex, investigators say Moore began slapping the victim. At that point, police say the two other suspects entered the room and forced the victim into additional sex acts.
