The final performance of Terpsichord’s spring concert, Imaginarium, will be presented tonight at 8 o’clock in Frierson Theatre at Girls Preparatory School. Admission is free.
The annual concert, a time for many former members of the contemporary dance company to return to their alma mater, will feature dances focused on youthful memories.
The sophomores, juniors and seniors will present class dances, and the president of Terpsichord, Alyssa Matulich, will dance a solo. Original student choreography will be presented along with choreography by Terpsichord director Cathie Kasch and Margi Cole, artistic director and founder of The Dance COLEctive.
The company of dancers includes seniors Kelli Matulich, MerylAnne Dexter, Catherine Hitchings, Jillian Misner, Emily Wade and Carolyn Pearigen.
Junior dancers are Sarah Evatt, Sarah Douglas McCall, Laynie Perrin, Emily Rice, Audrey Kealy, Eller Mallchok, Mary Catherine Weathers, Laura Higbee, and Natalie Wilkinson; and sophomores Sarah Whitney Anderson, Katherine Johnson, Mary Halley Magee, Lauren Glenn, Annie Paden, Madison Sherman, Meghan Powers, Lizzie Sanford, Rachel Kelly, Parker Mallchok, and Katie Greer.
