CLEVELAND, Tenn. – A site for a veterans nursing home in Southeast Tennessee will likely be approved next week, officials say.
The Tennessee State Veterans Home Board will be in session in Cleveland next week and will look at all three local sites on Wednesday before a business session on Thursday, said Joe Davis, Bradley County veterans services officer and a member of the board.
Local groups have worked hard to bring a veterans nursing home to Bradley County, raising money for a local match and securing potential sites.
