More than 5,000 shoppers from Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama are expected to fill Camp Jordan Arena in East Ridge next week as the Just Between Friends consignment sale sets up shop.
As evidence that consignment sales are a growing trend, a record 1,000 consignors will make their goods available. The event is a chance to find gently used clothing, toys, electronics, furniture and household items at low prices.
Buyers can shop noon-7 p.m. Sunday, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-March 26, and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. March 27.
At the end of the sale, Bethel Bible Village will receive donations of unsold items.
