Police are looking for a Cleveland, Tenn., man following an assault against a woman and her daughter at 800 Lindsey St., according to Chattanooga police spokeswoman Sgt. Jerri Weary.
Pattie Dial and Crystal Current told police that Scott Trammell interrupted an argument between Crystal and her sister, Sgt. Weary said. In doing so, he shoved Crystal to the ground and kicked her in the face, Sgt. Weary said. When Crystal’s mother Pattie intervened, he punched her in the face and shoved her to the ground, Sgt. Weary said.
When police arrived, Mr. Trammell had already left the scene, Sgt. Weary said. Ms. Dial and Ms. Current both were injured, but only Ms. Dial was taken to Erlanger hospital for treatment of a possible broken arm.
Warrants were obtained against Mr. Trammel for simple and aggravated assault, Sgt. Weary said.
