Attorneys for a former Chickamauga Elementary School teacher acquitted on child molestation charges filed a $25 million lawsuit against her accusers in U.S. District Court in Northern Georgia. In a 52-page complaint filed at the courthouse in Rome, Ga., Tonya Craft alleges, among other things, that the prosecution against her was malicious and violated her civil rights.
